Mission statement and terms of reference
The Paediatric Intensive Care Society Education Learning and Simulation (PICSELS) Group aims to promote and support multi-disciplinary education, training and related research among all subspecialties focused on the unique nature and needs of caring for the critically ill and injured paediatric patients and their families.
We are committed to ensure all paediatric critical care staff have access to coordinated and complete education at local, regional and supra-regional level by providing links to available resources through the PICSELS web page.
The PICSELS group aims to facilitate the development of a comprehensive educational package comprising e-learning, simulation and technology enhanced learning resources aimed at promoting excellence in paediatric intensive care, wherever it is delivered.
